Thigh Fat Burning Exercises and
Dieting Tips

Here are some great thigh fat burning exercises and dieting tips
that will help you finally get rid of that stubborn fat. If your
thighs are your trouble zone then you will want to get your
metabolism working for you so you can burn off the fat faster. I

Thigh Fat Burning
1. Interval training. You cannot spot reduce the fat on your
thighs so you will want to work on getting fat burning faster and
more efficiently all over your body and the way to do that with
exercise is to use intensity intervals. This is different because it
has you constantly moving back and forth between periods of high
effort/intensity and periods of active rest (you are still moving
but catching your breath). This alternating pattern stimulates your
fat burning metabolism and can burn off fat 9 times faster than
simply doing a steady paced cardio workout.
2. Cardio with weights. You want to help your body preserve
and build muscle because muscle is 8 times as metabolically active
as fat. This means that the more muscle you have the better you burn
off fat. By doing a couple of sets of weight lifting exercises and
then doing a couple of minutes of cardio you keep your heart rate up
and burn more fat in fact a recent study showed that when this type
of exercise is coupled with diet it can burn fat up to 44% faster.
3. Move carbs out of your evenings. Feed your body
carbohydrates in the morning and early afternoon when it can
efficiently burn these "energy foods" but then when your body's
energy needs naturally drop in the evening stay away from them. They
break down quickly and your body cannot use all the energy so it
converts them to stored energy - i.e. FAT. And if your body loves to
store fat in your thighs you will notice it.
